Running Time: 10:01 Date: 01/06/2013 Proposed new legislation will put bullying into the arena of the Fair Work Commission - that will create new headaches for employers. Recent government proposals to bring bullying into the purview of the Fair Work Commission will mean greater trade union involvement, which is likely to show itself in an increase in complaints at times of industrial dispute, says Andrew Douglas of M+K Lawyers.
