  Are you really sure that workplace bullying doesn't happen in your company? A survey by Harmers Workplace Lawyers has found that almost half the employees canvassed had no formal training on bullying and other occupational health and safety problems. Joydeep Hor says that even the law is grey in some aspects of bullying, and the cost of getting it wrong has run into many billions of dollars.
