How To Negotiate Property Leases
  There's many a slip between discussing terms on a property lease - and signing on the dotted line. So be very careful, warns Paul Brennan of Queensland-based legal firm Brennans Solicitors. He says the best advice is to consult a lawyer. His second best advice, negotiate hard with the real estate agent who will be more flexible than the landlord's lawyers - who won't be flexible at all.
