There'll always be situations where work colleagues disagree, or just don't get on well, but when disagreement develops into a full-on feud it's no good trying to turn a blind eye and hope it will all go away. Laura Birley of People Dynamics says business owners and managers are recognising that staff feuds can be destructive to the whole enterprise - not just unpleasant for co-workers as well as the combatants.
