  Don't be caught out by a commercial lease which is unfavourable to you yet oh so difficult to undo once the ink has dried on the leasing contract. Legal consultant Patrick Holt has some timely watch-outs on commercial leases which, he reminds us, are much stricter contracts than domestic leasing arrangements.
