That’s the message this month from Marita Ryan of Red Hot Go Enterprises. She says an employee with top qualifications and experience means nothing if their values don’t match your company’s. Her advice: watch out for "attitude" in the recruitment process. The new candidate may look and sound great - but not if he or she then rides rough-shod over everyone else in the workplace to achieve their ambitious targets. Now that can be a disaster.
