Buy-sell agreements have much to offer in partnerships, protecting the interests of remaining partners if one partner falls by the wayside. But tax expert Michael Jones says there's nothing intuitive about these agreements. They're complicated and they're not for everyone. However, a proposed change has now been introduced by the federal government which might make a difference to your approach if you're considering a buiy-sell agreement.
