Running Time: 8:28 Date: 01/07/2013 Working from home is here to stay - a national survey shows employees want flexibility, and technology can provide it. Teleworking - the ability to work from home or elsewhere outside the workplace - gets a strong vote of approval from Australians of both genders and all age groups in a recent national survey by McCrindle Research. As CEO Mark McCrindle explains, most of those surveyed wanted some flexibility and 80% said they'd stay longer with employers who made that available. Just over half said they'd be prepared to forego a percentage of their pay to achieve flexible working conditions.
