Running Time: 7:42 Date: 01/04/2013 Stock markets - both here and in New York - have been setting new records, but is our market over-valued? It's been a buoyant time on stock markets, with indexes both here and in New York surging to new records. And, despite Europe's continuing uncertainties, Elio D'Amato, CEO of Lincoln Stock Doctor, doesn't believe there's a major downturn on the horizon. Investor appetite for high-yield stocks has pushed prices for the banks and other large-caps to levels which suggest to many observers that the market's now over-valued. But, with China trying to steady its ship by flattening demand for resources, it may be the second half of the calendar year before mining stocks start to regain lost ground.
