Running Time: 8:27 Date: 01/12/2012 Putting a broken business back together can be a real challenge - here's how a young female entrepreneur did it most successfully. Larissa Robertson realised early in her job as Financial Controller that the business she was working in needed re-structuring, but no-one would listen. When it went into liquidation, she bought it and set about rebuilding. Losing a major contract and discovering she was pregnant at the same time didn't make it any easier but she bought out her partners and carried on. Now, just a few years later, SCO Recruitment has an annual growth rate of almost 430 percent, is expanding interstate and has been recognised as one of Australia's fastest growing small businesses. Larissa says it's all about not being afraid to make mistakes, believing in yourself and building a team you trust and which trusts you. It's a great success story.
