Business is hard enough, let alone when things don't go according to plan and you start developing serious debt problems. And these problems can be compounded if you don't have a good relationship with your bank. Damien Simonfi from debt strategy consultants DJ Partners says good, proactive communication with your bank is essential if you want to keep them onside. Damien says it's important to approach your bank in the right way and use the appropriate levels of authority and business streams when communicating your position.
