In a rut? So stop procrastinating and reinvent yourself!

So business is ho-hum, nothing exciting is happening and sales are flat. Maybe it's time to take a fresh look at what you're doing, says turnaround and start-up expert Tim Millar. Tim suggests we should take ourselves back to the start, imagine it's Day One of the business again and we're opening our doors for the first time. How differently would we do things if we were to start over?

That, Tim says, is the start of a reinvention process - something we should be doing every 3-5 years to keep our businesses fresh and to make the most of current opportunities.
