Telling Gina Field that the security business wasn't for females produced a remarkable result - she not only became a security guard, she set up her own business, Nepean Regional Security, which is now highly successful. Gina says she needed a thick skin to overcome the male-only stereotype, and persistence to win over clients while working long hours on patrol.
