The latest survey by recruitment specialists Robert Half confirms what many employers in finance and accounting have been experiencing for a while. How to find, and keep, good talent has become a major stumbling block in the search for great employees - the kind of people with great skills, who will stay with you and help your firm succeed beyond all competition. According to the survey, a massive 88% of employers are now struggling to find such people. Add to this a further 70% of hiring managers who worry that their top performers will quit for better opportunities elswehere, and a big employment issue is revealed across the accounting industry.
