If you don't have a good grasp of your business reports, how do you know if you're succeeding or not? How useful is your company's reporting system? Do the people who prepare the reports know why they're doing them, and can the recipients understand them? Clear and purposeful reports can be a powerful catalyst for action, and lead directly to improved bottom-line performance.
