Good health is good for business - healthy eating habits and exercise can work wonders on the bottom line. People who are too busy at work to look after their health will create problems for the business. They'll be less productive and take more time off as sick leave. Healthy eating habits, drinking plenty of water and taking regular brisk exercise will improve concentration, focus and productivity.
