Our first quarter century
  This month, as Business Essentials enters its 25th year, Michael Schildberger reflects on the many lessons he's learnt during the past quarter of a century running a business. From his previous stellar career in journalism, Michael started Business Essentials with little "business" experience. We'll hear about the good times and bad, about lessons on early growth, on the importance of business culture, of loyalty from staff, suppliers and customers. Michael also discusses his biggest mistakes, like becoming a public company. Michael has learnt many valuable lessons which he's agreed to share on this edition.
