Poor managers will ruin a business
  How would you describe a great manager and have you got them in your business? The question arises following a survey of 79,000 managers around Australia and New Zealand by cultural development company Human Synergistics. The survey set out to define effective management in our businesses - managers were asked to describe themselves and they were then appraised by those working around them.
