  Gillian Franklin had been working with marketing organisations and then decided it was time to go it alone. With a couple of friends she chose to enter the super competitive area of cosmetics. With some financial help to get her started and the will to be better than others, she got underway. Now, seven years later, she's at the top of the tree, turning over millions of dollars.
