Property transactions
  Taxation complexities involving property transactions have led to the development of the Institute of Chartered Accountant's Property Transactions Tax Practitioners Toolkit. Bruce Thomas, Tax Training Specialist with the Institute, says it'll help tax professionals to avoid falling foul of the ATO. He cites one example of the Tax Office trying to impose GST on some small property developments involving residential properties.
