The real estate world is plagued by high staff turnover, but Manos Findikakis, of Eview, has proved that it needn't be that way. Manos started Eview seven years ago with almost no real estate experience, but that has been a positive he says. It has allowed him to break free from the traditions of the industry and look at things differently.

Manos and his three partners now have a team of 120 agents and it's their focus on recruiting and properly inducting the right people that stands them apart. And that means ALL people - from receptionists, to bookkeepers through to sales agents.

Manos' advice for growing businesses is to be forward thinking and see technology changes as an opportunity, because efficiencies can lead to higher profits.
