Date: 01/10/2010 Successful entrepreneurs know that logic isn't everything - don't be afraid to rely on your intuition. The most successful people in business often rely as much on intuition as logic when making decisions or developing new ideas. That's the view of an expert in the field, Jane Mara of Intuitive Intelligence. She tells us that the brain's not the only organ in the body that responds to external stimuli. Research has shown that the heart, for example, can perceive an intuition faster than the brain. The important thing is to deploy all the senses, and that can best be done in a state of calmness and order, with stress kept to a minimum. That first flash of intuition, or "gut reaction", to a new circumstance will often prove to be the right one, but may have been discarded before it could be put to use. Jane Mara says our health will also benefit from maintaining the coherent, orderly state of mind in the which intuitive intelligence thrives.
