Sales and marketing guru Tony Gattari of Achievers Group says he came to that realisation while advising Harvey Norman stores in New Zealand. It's all about winning - you need to show your people how to win, and keep on showing them. Winning improves self-belief and boosts productivity. You need to provide goals and progress scores and make sure everyone's in the right position to allow them to succeed. Practice is essential and so is discipline.
