  The housing market is on the rise again, with investors surging in to replace the first-home buyers - if you want to buy, move quickly! The property market has changed dramatically in just twelve months. Now even the top end of the market in most capital cities is rising again, says property expert Nicholas Don of Odyssey Financial. Investors are moving in to replace the dwindling number of first-home buyers, apartment prices have risen even more strongly than house prices in many places, and the median house price in Australia is now at a record high.
